About Dr. Clinton de Bruyn
Dr Clinton de Bruyn is the Executive Director, Finance, Policy and Legal, in the Brisbane 2032 Coordination Office, Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
He played a leadership role in the Brisbane 2032 Taskforce during the candidature phase and Brisbane being awarded the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Clinton is currently responsible for leading the Queensland Government’s engagement in activities associated with the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, including engagement with a complex network of stakeholders associated with the Brisbane 2032 Games.
Clinton has over 17 years’ experience in public policy and economic development. Prior to joining the Brisbane 2032 Taskforce, Clinton held management and policy roles in Queensland Treasury, the Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water, Trade and Investment Queensland, the New Zealand Treasury and the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development.
