“One word, I would use to describe Coraggio, and what it delivers to members is clarity. Quite often, people who are managing businesses, find it quite difficult to be very clear on what they want and what they are trying to achieve over the long term. Coraggio spends time with their members in a board like environment, it is to help them craft a vision, that gives them absolute clarity as to where they want to be and to help them engineer a plan to get to their end goal.”
What makes a successful Advisory Board?
“I think there are two key words I would use when describing what makes a successful Coraggio Board – one is brutal honesty and other is accountability. If all the board members are brutally honest with each other and hold each other accountable, then you will have a very successful outcome for that board.”
