McGuinn Architecture and Design Studio is a practice, working in both the residential and education sectors with a passion for working with and for the community. Our purpose is to help build a strong south coast community through the built environment.

Our education focus is primarily in early childhood education, creating flexible and dynamic play spaces. Our experience extends into both primary and secondary education ensuring continuing a purposeful built environment for children of all ages.

We are here to work with developers and housing providers to diversify their housing design for greater inclusivity and affordability. We also love to work with families to design their forever home.

I needed structure, I needed help and I needed a team. Coraggio’s consistent meeting schedule, small business workshops and the peer-to-peer accountability is worth its weight. The small group culture is fostered through frank and open feedback. This is achieved by thoroughly reviewing and investigating the business’s finances and the everyday running of your business. I have built my small business from literally nothing in 6 months. I am earning my wage and paying all my bills, it’s now time to grow.

Consistency! There is a team there every month that can direct me on my next steps be it sales, marketing, processes or making sure I work out and eat dinner with my family.
