The importance of strategic business planning presented by Cain Liddle.

When something negative happens, most of us trust our instincts. Deeply rooted patterns and values diminish our vitality and discourage us from behaving constructively.

Moving through tough times is a normal part of life. However, the desire to be resilient in the face of hardship is an admirable and essential attribute to acquire.

Demonstrating strength in the face of hardship assists to rebound from tough circumstances, make courageous decisions, engage with others and cultivate imagination.

We are delighted to extend a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first-hand how Coraggio can expand and future-proof your business followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with the CEO of the Carlton Football Club, Cain Liddle.

Opened by our CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being a part of a Coraggio peer-to-peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.

Followed by Cain Liddle who will provide insights into:

  • The importance of strategic planning during times of adversity
  • Key lessons Cain acquired following the impact of COVID.

About Cain Liddle

Chief Executive Officer, Carlton Football Club

Championing a strong consumer and commercial background, Cain Liddle is the CEO of the Carlton Football Club. This follows his dual role of Chief Customer Officer at Richmond Football Club and Managing Director of Aligned Leisure, a fully owned and subsidiary company of Richmond Football Club which Cain established in 2016.

During his tenure at Carlton, Cain has overseen the re-structuring of the club’s men’s and women’s football programs and led the business to consecutive club membership records. This resulted in significant increases in both commercial revenues and the Carlton In Business corporate networking program.

Cain’s experience identifying non-traditional revenue streams has resulted in the Club establishing the Carlton College of Sport, a partnership with La Trobe University facilitating a one-year higher education Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development. This unique tertiary program provides the ultimate learning experience in a high-performance environment encompassing professional athletes, coaches and mentors.

Cain has a Master of Business Administration and in 2017 completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. He has deferred from his Doctor of Business Studies.
