The happiest man on Earth, Eddie Jaku shares his Holocaust story.

We live in a rapidly changing world — a world where uncertainty or unexpected events are becoming more frequent. What worked in previous years isn’t necessarily going to be enough to see us into the future. Neither is trying to remain robust — attempting to avoid unexpected events.

Uncertainty challenges us to become more aware of how we can use unplanned circumstances events to transform ourselves.

We are delighted to extend you a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first hand how Coraggio can expand and future proof your business, followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with the happiest man on Earth, Eddie Jaku.

Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being part of a Coraggio peer to peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.

The key takeaways from Eddie Jaku’s keynote speaker session will include:

  • Self-proclaimed as ‘the happiest man on earth’, Eddie witnessed death every day throughout WWII and because he managed to survive the holocaust, made a vow to himself to smile every day
  • Life lessons such as: hug your mother and tell her how much you love her, shared sorrow is half sorrow, shared pleasure is double pleasure and love is the best medicine.

About Eddie Jaku

The happiest man on Earth

Holocaust survivor Eddie Jaku never expected to live to 100 let alone become a first-time author just months following this milestone.

He was deported to Buchenwald in late November 1938 and jailed in camps in Belgium and France between 1939 and 1941. He escaped several times, once joining his family in Belgium, where they had fled and lived in an attic, hidden from the world much like Anne Frank’s family. He now describes that time in close confines with his parents, sister, aunts and another Jewish family as one of the happiest times of his life. “Because we were all together.”
