Mental health is important for workplaces and their employees, particularly with COVID 19 and the whirlwind of stress it generates. Defining what mental health in your workplace looks like assists to provide context to your team and clarity regarding available support.
Sharing with your staff how working from home may affect their psychological safety, then you can commence guiding conversations highlighting how the company will support them through early intervention pathways if required.
Coraggio is delighted to extend a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first-hand how you can expand and future-proof your business followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with Ally Kelly, the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Mind Blank Ltd.
Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being a part of a Coraggio peer-to-peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond, followed by Ally’s insights into:
- What are some workplace psychosocial hazards to identify which may impact your employees’ mental health?
- How to implement early intervention strategies at work to avoid burnout
- What role do managers and supervisors play on staff’s wellbeing?
