Times are certainly challenging for leaders worldwide. Most people have never experienced the current combination of a visceral fear of the pandemic coupled with the practical implications of job loss or salary reduction in their lifetime.
People observing their neighbours panic buying, fighting over goods in supermarkets and ignoring professional advice regarding how to protect ourselves and others during this pandemic has shaken some people’s faith in human nature.
Human beings become very uncomfortable when people surrounding them act in unexpected ways.
We are delighted to extend a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first hand how Coraggio can expand and future proof your business followed by an exclusive keynote speaker session with the Managing Director of Kaldas Associates, Nick Kaldas.
Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being a part of a Coraggio peer to peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.
Followed by Nick Kaldas who will provide insights highlighting:
- There is a difference between being in charge and taking charge
- As leaders, we have a duty to prepare ourselves, our people and our organisation for a crisis: hope is not a plan
- Courage and enthusiasm are catching – including the lack thereof.
