Many business leaders dream of scaling their company. You’ve probably pictured yourself being an industry leader consisting of being established in various locations, serving a global market and your brand being recognised as the customer “go-to” solution.
However, in reality less than 1% of company start ups, actually succeed. The ones that do, don’t set out to grow – they build their company to scale.
We are delighted to extend you a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first hand how Coraggio can expand and future proof your business, followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with the Co-Founder of Pet Wellness Centres, Baden U’Ren.
Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being part of a Coraggio peer to peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.
Followed by Baden U’Ren who will provide insights into:
- Identifying different stages of development when growing a business
- Understanding what stage your business currently sits
- Uncovering three major challenges to grow your business
- Developing strategies to successfully transform your organisation into its future state.
