The impact of a leader permeates throughout a business. This impact contributes to employees’s company vision and a sense of purpose — or alternatively it may result in scepticism and a lack of direction regarding company goals.
Effective leadership builds camaraderie and cohesive team work, however poor leadership may encourage undermining conduct harmful to an organisation’s bottom line and corporate culture.
Great leaders inspire trust by valuing people’ talents and abilities, fostering an open communication environment and cultivating a shared company vision. This inspires greater innovation, collaboration and heightens employee morale and retention.
Coraggio is delighted to extend you a complimentary invitation to join us as our guest and hear first hand how we can expand and future proof your business, followed by a personal Fireside Chat with Brian Hartzer, who will share his personal leadership journey and lessons learnt from more than 30 years in banking.
Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski will open the session discussing how being part of a Coraggio peer to peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond. Followed by a fireside chat with the Senior Advisor at Sayers, Brian Hartzer along with Coraggio Chair & Mayor of Woollahra, Susan Wynne.
