When COVID-19 burst on the scene in early 2020, businesses faced dramatic shifts and the importance of strategic agility became critical. To survive, leaders were encouraged to pivot into new markets by developing new business models.
As history has proven, during unprecedented times, it is necessary to prepare for what is next. Visionary leaders like Abraham Lincoln, FDR, Winston Churchill, and Nelson Mandela did not simply react to threats, they looked beyond the horizon. They were guided and their people in turn motivated by their vision for a better future.
Hanrob Pet Hotels is one such business that pivoted during COVID to overcome challenges in the industry and creatively expand services to continue achieving strong, sustainable growth.
We are delighted to extend a complimentary invitation to join us to hear first hand how Coraggio can expand and future proof your business followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with the CEO of Hanrob, Andrew Biggs, at Coraggio’s next Advisory Board Day on the Gold Coast on Thursday 5 August.
Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being a part of a Coraggio peer to peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.
Followed by Andrew Biggs who will provide insights highlighting:
- Andrew shares Hanrob’s journey and how they have successfully scaled their family business
- Key lessons learnt and challenges Andrew has overcome over the past 17 years as CEO
- How Hanrob pivoted during COVID to overcome challenges in the industry and creatively expanded services to continue achieving strong growth.
