Typically, in life we have the answers, however it’s the questions we do not know.
One of Sydney’s leading businessman Peter Ord’s life-long lessons is knowing the right questions to ask. This is a skill he has harnessed in more than 40 years of management and marketing experience in Australia and internationally. Peter is a strong believer in the power of mentorship, having reaped the rewards of advice from some straight talkers.
Coraggio is delighted to extend a complimentary invitation to you to join us to hear first-hand how we can sustainably expand and future-proof your business, followed by an upfront and personal keynote speaker session with Coraggio’s Executive Director, Peter Ord.
Opened by Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, who will discuss how being a part of a Coraggio peer-to-peer Advisory Board provides a sustainable solution to navigate your business effectively throughout 2021 and beyond.
Followed by Peter Ord who will share 8 lessons to be different:
Lesson 1 – Move out of your comfort zone
Lesson 2- Start imagining and get excited about what you CAN do!
Lesson 3 – Find a hero who has commitment, courage, and passion as well as the occasional flaw
Lesson 4 – Saying no to something before you investigate implies prejudice and pre-judgement
Lesson 5 – Choose to do something uncomfortable which may make you wary
Lesson 6 – You cannot build a reputation on what you are going to do, instead you need to invest in what needs to be done!
Lesson 7 – The person not taking risks feels the same amount of fear as the person who regularly takes risks
Lesson 8 – The real secret of being different and successful is enthusiasm – Walter Chayster.
