Career highlight
The career highlight for me has been one of being a finance partner in assisting a company undertake its transformational growth strategy from private entity, private equity ownership to ultimately ASX listing – current market cap ~$1Billion, ~4,500 employees and a successful national business. Being there in real time for this transformational journey over many years is the best case study!!
Why Coraggio?
I have been a member of Coraggio whilst working towards becoming a Chair and have been fortunate to experience a number of Boards and the personal styles of the various Chairs. What attracted me to Coraggio is the calibre of the Chairs, the open and transparent discussions within the advisory boards and platform for frank advice in a supportive manner from the Coraggio community. Importantly, the monthly meetings and ongoing engagement ensure member accountability, a broader network including regular guest speakers to encourage diversity of thought and a forum to learn and be challenged with a growth mindset. Personally, continuous learning is important to me and given the challenges one can experience in both business and personal life, Coraggio provides another platform for members and the tools to address these challenges via its ecosystem.
