Jack Hutchinson Jnr Jack Hutchinson Jnr is a fifth-generation member of the Hutchinson Builders family, having joined the company in 2014 and appointed as Director in 2022. He is a qualified quantity surveyor (MAIQS) and licensed builder (QBCC – Open), holding an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Property (QS & CM) from Bond University. Jack's experience spans project and operational roles within Hutchinson Builders and other firms in Australia and the UK. He is committed to driving strategic growth, fostering a strong company culture, and advancing gender balance within the construction industry. Professor Alan Patching Professor Alan Patching is a seasoned project and business leader with over four decades of experience managing major projects exceeding $20 billion. Notably, he served as Project Director and CEO for the Sydney Olympic Stadium and led the $280 million redevelopment of Suncorp Stadium. At Bond University, he serves as Professor of Construction Management and Director of Industry Engagement. Alan holds a PhD in workplace stress and a master's degree in counselling and psychotherapy. His dual expertise in large-scale project management and human behaviour informs his teaching and research, particularly in areas like Building Information Modelling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and psychosocial risk management.
