Matt Elliott is a former professional rugby league player and head coach who has become one of Australia’s leading voices in mindset and wellbeing. As Founder and Managing Director of The Change Room, Matt helps organisations elevate performance and reduce psycho-social impacts through early intervention and preventative programs. His work has transformed thousands of lives and was recently nominated for the Excellence in Personal Injury and Disability Management Award.

On the field, Matt played for the St George Dragons and coached NRL teams including the Canberra Raiders, Penrith Panthers, and New Zealand Warriors, as well as the Bradford Bulls and the U.S. national team. He has also worked as a media analyst for FOX Sports, NRL.com, and ABC Grandstand.
