With commerce and law degrees as a solid foundation, Martin has enjoyed a diverse and successful career. In senior executive roles, he has led multinationals, technology startups and public companies to achieve impressive and sustainable outcomes. Martin’s expertise in strategy, vision, leadership and people management represents a quantifiable advantage to any organisation he is associated with. Driven to achieve profitability, growth and best practice for others, Martin is equally accomplished in post-graduate studies in Australia and internationally, having completed the INSEAD Senior Management Programme and the Australian Graduate School of Management Development Programme. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a current Coraggio Director and Advisory Board Chair. Martin is passionate about corporate excellence where he believes innovation and fresh thinking are key.

As Federal Director of the Federation of Australian Radio Broadcasting, Martin handled high level political and industry strategies and undertook hundreds of media appearances as spokesperson. As Managing Director of publishers Thomson Corporation, Martin set new strategic directions and doubled revenue. Martin was CEO and General Manager respectively at technology startups Marketboomer and Access Online before taking on the CEO role at Freemans Australia.
