About the Speaker
Since founding Brazilian Beauty in 2004, I’ve gained significant insights towards succeeding in numerous highly competitive industries including the beauty industry, the franchise sector and the digital marketing space.
Brazilian Beauty launched from my vision to collectively share my corporate skills and tireless drive towards encouraging other business women to succeed. In essence, I established a beauty business specifically to nurture, mentor and guide others. Today the Brazilian Beauty brand invites women to believe in their own beauty. Building self esteem amongst women is critical to our brand integrity, achieved by tangibly providing support, products and services for this to ensue.
My passion for process and innovation whilst working cohesively with the Brazilian Beauty team towards sophisticated franchisee operations and client market offering, dynamically propels the business and the brand architecture forward.
I am incredibly proud we have grown to 21 salons peppered throughout SE Queensland and expanding into the southern states culminating in a turnover in excess of $16 million per annum whilst generating 200 jobs, mostly for young enthusiastic, independent women. The Brazilian Beauty and Australian Skin Institute (ASI) brand, launched in 2012 are reflective of my motto to stay focused on process and procedure BUT be undeniably passionate about adding measurable value to our customer’s experience.
