Biography
Michelle is a CEO, Non-Executive Director and leadership mentor, facilitator and coach with extensive experience across the publishing, media and entertainment, professional services, health care and not-for-profit sectors. She has a unique combination of experience as both an entrepreneur/founder and a corporate CEO running large multinationals.
In addition to her leadership roles, Michelle is the founder of Leadership Power Hour and has served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Northcott, The Australian Publishers Association, Coraggio and Ultraceuticals. She has also recently been invited to join the Variety Charity Grants Committee. Michelle is passionate about growing businesses and her greatest satisfaction is accomplishing this through building amazing teams and creating innovative strategies that achieve results.
As a Coraggio Advisory Board Chair Michelle leverages her practical experience in strategy development, financial management, team leadership and digital transformation to work with CEOs and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Her coaching and mentoring approach is informed by her knowledge in leading organisations through complex transformations, driving revenue and bottom-line growth, organisational re-alignment and enhancing operational efficiencies.
