Melanie brings practical leadership experience and a genuine passion for people to her work at Coraggio.

Having led large membership and organisational initiatives as Member Experience Manager at Scouts NSW, Melanie understands what it’s like to sit in the leadership seat, balancing strategy with day-to-day operations, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding teams through growth and change. She knows the value of having the right people around the table.

At Coraggio, Melanie draws on that lived experience to support business owners and leaders in gaining clarity, strengthening accountability and making confident, well considered decisions. She believes strongly in the power of peer learning.

Melanie is passionate about helping leaders build businesses that feel purposeful, sustainable and aligned, those that are not just successful on paper, but rewarding to lead.

My proudest career achievement has been building and leading a team that not only delivered exceptional member outcomes but genuinely loved the work they did together. I am most energised when creating environments where people feel supported, trusted and empowered to perform at their best.
