Kelly has over 30 years’ experience in the non-profit and for profit sectors, with a passion for developing leaders, driving collaboration and strategy. Kelly held senior executive roles in several organisations before co-founding The NonProfit Alliance – an organisation dedicated to driving cross sector collaboration and peer support for non-profit leaders.

Kelly is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator, strengths profiler and advisory board Chair – with expertise in bringing leaders together to achieve organisational success, develop leadership capability and to drive positive outcomes.
