Joe has fond memories of his time with the tech giant Ericsson, the largest telco in Scandinavia known for its engineering excellence. In his inaugural role as Director of Value-Based Selling, Joe challenged the status quo. He set up diverse teams in Europe, Russia, Latin America, and the USA, focusing on Value-Based Selling and ensuring a consultative approach to solutions in collaboration with end users. He believes that a shared solution is easier to tackle.
