Biography

Angela has extensive senior executive experience within the financial services sector having worked for a range of financial services companies including ME Bank, NAB, Australian Finance Group (AFG), Citigroup and BankSA. During this time, she developed comprehensive strategic planning and leadership skills as well as sales and operational excellence.

Angela’s most recent executive role was to grow business revenue substantially whilst improving operational efficiencies.

In addition, Angela has extensive Board and Committee experience across both the not for profit sector and financial services. She is currently on the Board of IMVC, a not for profit incorporated association at the forefront of developing best-practice training and education initiatives to serve the needs of young people.

With a passion for leadership and enabling people to be the best they can be, she has established her own business facilitating leadership coaching, mentoring and training.

Angela is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Master’s in management and has completed her Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching.

Career Highlights

Established the AFG business in South Australia and Northern Territory from inception resulting in AFG SA/NT being the number one mortgage broking group in South Australia within 5 years.

Implemented a people engagement strategy for mortgage distribution at ME Bank resulting in an uplift in engagement from 40% to 80%, achieving a 32% increase in home loan settlements whilst materially reducing costs.

My family background has always been private business ownership and when I left corporate life my passion was to work closely with business owners.
