Why Coraggio?

Meeting with Coraggio’s CEO, Richard Skarzynski, I was able to be raw, honest, and candid, which told me everything I needed to know about the business I was joining. Coraggio stands for courage, and that’s certainly a trait I am very aligned with in my professional and personal life.

Richard shared the vision and gave me confidence in what Coraggio is doing for entrepreneurs today: assisting them grow and stabilise their businesses, but not doing it alone. The idea of having a group of like-minded business owners all having an opportunity to take what’s in their heads to strategise, discuss, and implement in a board environment was exceptional. Having an entrepreneurial mindset myself, I found the Coraggio philosophy powerful and something I was very excited about growing.

For me, having a great business is one thing, but having great people in a growth-oriented and family-like environment, where there is support in all aspects of your professional and personal journey, is paramount. I get that here at Coraggio, and that’s why I know it was the right place for my next challenge.
