Stuart supports leaders to create great cultures, thriving businesses and brands. Having been in leadership roles and business for 40 years he knows every leader has a vision, a clear sense of purpose – a clarity around why they do what they do.
When people are truly aligned they become almost unstoppable. Great, high performing cultures can be created where business outcomes are supported and leaders are followed. For you can’t be a leader if you have no followers.

Stuart knows that to be a leader is to be a learner. Being a leader means challenging others to greatness and means being vulnerable. It means constantly finding new ways to inspire and move people. Taking people on a journey.

He helps leaders read the patterns of life, of work, and the tribes they live and work in. He supports leaders to make decisions with wisdom about the best way forward.

Stuart sees his role as a facilitator to create and support a transformation for people and to have fun doing it.
